Shannon Slaughter

Shannon Slaughter

Shannon Slaughter is a trial and appellate litigation attorney with experience in state and federal courts. Shannon’s practice focuses on helping her clients resolve real estate and land use disputes, including real estate acquisition and complex title litigation, prescriptive easements and adverse possession claims, determination of ownership of tidelands, zoning and subdivision litigation, construction defects, fraudulent title and conveyances, and condominium disputes.

Shannon also counsels clients on issues related to condominium formation, management, and operation.

Shannon’s clients include individuals, title insurance companies and their insureds, municipalities, builders, developers, condominium associations, and regional and national lenders.

Prior to joining Englander & Chicoine, Shannon served as an investigator at Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and a Student Attorney at Greater Boston Legal Services.
